    WHAT IS AN INVISIBLE SERVICE CAMPGROUND?

    An invisible service campground is a modern, self-guided stay experience designed for ease and privacy. At Treasure Bay, this means: You’ll receive an email the day before check-in with your unique code to access your accommodations. The day before departure, we’ll send you a check-out code and instructions.

    Our team is available remotely from 8am–8pm daily to support you—quickly and responsively—without hovering or interrupting your stay.

    WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    A 100% deposit is charged at the time of booking.

    Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for full refund.

    Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

    All cancellations requests must be emailed to @exploretreasurebay.com

    All changes/cancellations made to a reservation will incur a $25/fee.

    We provide fresh linens and bedding at check in, but we do not have towel service.

    HOW DO I CHECK IN?

    You will receive an email and text message upon arrival and departure with our check in / out process.

    DO I NEED TO BRING TOILETRIES?

    Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are all provided.

    DO I NEED TO BRING A COOLER?

    Each tent is equipped with a large cooler. Ice is available on site.

    CAN I PITCH MY OWN TENT?

    Unfortunately no personal tents, campers or RVS or are allowed on site

    ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

    Picnic areas and campsites are dog-friendly, but dogs must be leashed at all times. Additional fees apply.

    CAN I COOK AT MY SITE?

    Yes! We’ll have communal grills available for guest use. If you prefer a different cooking method—like a camp stove or small grill—you’re welcome to bring your own. Just be sure to follow all posted safety guidelines. More details will be shared as we get closer to opening!

    FIRES

    Due to strict burning restrictions, we are working towards the safest option for having fires while glamping. This is still to be determined, but it is decided that each campsite will be equipped with a private fire pit, giving you a cozy place to gather, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the ambiance—without the smoke or fire risk.

    WILL THERE BE LIGHTING AT NIGHT

    To support our dark sky plan and preserve the natural beauty of the night, we keep lighting minimal across the resort. But don’t worry—each dome will be provided with lanterns for safe and cozy nighttime use.
