Originating in Naples, Italy, neopolitian style pizza is baked in a wood fired oven at high temperatures. Featuring a thin, soft crust with a crisp charred crust exterior and chewy interior. Topped with simple, high quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, freshly shredded mozzarella and basil. Typically cooked in 60-90 seconds resulting in a unique flavor and texture.
